What are your office hours?
Answer: Superior Tours is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. On Saturdays and Sundays the hours are 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.

What days do we travel to New York City?
Answer: We travel to New York City every day of the week.

How many times per day do we travel to New York City?
Answer: We leave for New York City once a day (please go to the New York City page for schedule information).

What is the average travel time to and from New York City?
Answer: It takes around 3 hours and 15 minutes, depending on traffic and road conditions. 

Do you arrange package trips ( hotel reservations and/or show tickets) ?
Answer: Our passengers make their own arrangements, then contact us for their transportation needs.

Are pets allowed on board the coach ? 
Answer: Trained service animals accompanying guests with disabilities are the ONLY animals permitted to board Superior Tours Motorcoaches. Trained service animals must be kept under the control of their owners at all times.    

What days do we travel to Atlantic City?
Answer: In the Summer, we travel to Atlantic City every day except Saturday.  In the Winter, we travel to Atlantic City on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday.

How many times per day do we travel to Atlantic City?
Answer: We leave for Atlantic City once a day (please go to the Atlantic City page for scheduling information).

How soon in advance do I need to make my reservations?
Answer: For either New York City or Atlantic City, we strongly recommend that you make your reservations as soon as possible, as many of our coaches sell out early. In general, reservations should be made seven days in advance, if not more.

Is the fare Refundable ? 
Answer: Our fares are NON-refundable.

What about inclement weather conditions? 
Answer: We do all that is possible to stick to our schedule, but during the winter we occasionally find it necessary to cancel our trips due to treacherous road conditions.  We update our phone message when that decision is made, so you may call 410-602-1704 for updates.  The fare paid is non-refundable, but we will hold the credit for use within 6 months.   

What are the rebates from the Casinos?
Answer: Each casino varies and the rebates given to you are subject to change by the casinos on a monthly basis. Please visit our Atlantic City page for the current casino rebate .

Can I request a reservation through the Website?
Answer: Yes, simply go to the Contact Us page and tell us where you want to travel, when, how many in your party, where you are going to board the coach and what location you are returning to. A member of our staff will contact you with confirmation of your reservation. Please include your telephone number so we may contact you. Email is not checked on the weekends.

 If I contact you through your website, do you keep my email address?
Answer: If you use our Contact Us page you have the option to join our "Special Tours & Updates" email list. If you are not interested in receiving tour, discounts or schedule updates, simply un-check the box at the bottom of the Contact Us page prior to submitting your question.  Superior Tours respects our passengers right to privacy and we do not sell, share or lend any part of our email list to third parties.  Should you decide to un-subscribe from the list, you only need to send a message requesting so, and your address will be removed within 24 hours.

How do I make a reservation after your office is closed?
Answer: If you want to travel within 48 hours, please leave a message on our answering machine. We monitor our after-hour PHONE messages and you will receive a return call as quickly as possible. If your reservation is for more than 3 days away, please call back during our regular business hours. You can email your request or you may leave a message on our voice answering service.

How do I charter a coach for a trip I am planning?
Answer: Please go to our Charter Page and simply fill out the request form and a member of our Charter Department will contact you. In addition, you may call our office and ask to speak with a member of our Charter Department.
