In the August 2000 edition of "BALTIMORE MAGAZINE", page 117, Superior Tours was Voted the Best in Baltimore in "ways to leave Baltimore." Below is the exact quote from Baltimore Magazine.

Then once more in the 2005 August edition of "BALTIMORE MAGAZINE" on page 232, we were noted as a "Hidden Treasure"

*** Please note, the remarks below are excerpts from 2000 & 2005 issues of Baltimore Magazine. ***

Please review the NYC and/or Atlantic City page for current prices and services.

Excerpt from Baltimore Magazine "Best of Baltimore 2005" issue

"Think a bus full of silver-haired ladies makes for a dull ride ?  You clearly haven't ridden with Superior Tours yet.

At the crack of dawn seven mornings a week, a motorcoach teeming with AARP's finest hits I-95 for a quick, one-day jaunt to New York City.  For a mere $50, riders can board from stops in Pikesville, Towson or Bel Air; enjoy some light fare (bagels with a schmear and Tropicana orange juice); and some harmless eavesdropping ( on our trip, Doris and Libby shared excitement about Hugh Jackman in  The Boy From Oz as Esther and Bea swapped brisket recipes and stories about their grandsons-both live on the Upper East Side in "shoeboxes")   Before you can even say "Yankees suck," you're entering the Lincoln Tunnel.  The bus darkens.  And through the crackle of the overhead loudspeaker it begins: "Start spreading the newwwws !!!!"  In true Sinatra spirit, the riders break out in coos and claps, as the elderly bus hostess sashays up and down the aisle like it's Radio City Music Hall.

The bus makes drops in both Times Square and Rockefeller Center, and picks riders up about eight hours later-just enough time to grab a mantinee show and corned beef on rye from the Carnegie Deli."  - Stephanie Silver

Excerpt from Baltimore Magazine "Best of Baltimore 2000" issue

"Two twenties buy you a round-trip bus ticket to New York every day of the week except for Tuesdays and Thursdays, and that includes breakfast on the way, a candy bar, a movie, and a raffle ticket (to win-what else!-another trip). The bus is plush, air-conditioned, and yes, it has a restroom. Superior Tours also makes trips to Atlantic City, Sunday through Friday, for a mere $5 a person."
